American Wealth Bullion Group LLC d/b/a American Wealth Group (“AWG”), a Nevada limited liability company · 304 S. Jones Blvd., #7711, Las Vegas, NV 89107
1. Introduction
(a) Website owner. AWG owns and operates theamericanwealthgroup.com (the “Website”). You can reach AWG at Corporate@awg-us.com, 1-855-AWG-METL (1-855-294-6385), or 304 S. Jones Blvd., #7711, Las Vegas, NV 89107. This Privacy Policy explains AWG’s information practices for the Website and for our calls, texts and emails. It covers what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices and rights you have. It is our online privacy notice under Nevada law (NRS 603A.340).
(b) Anonymous website visits. In general, you can visit the Website without telling us who you are. Our systems and analytics tools do record basic technical data, described in Section 5.
(c) Transactions. To answer a request, set up an account or process an order, AWG needs certain personal information. AWG intends to tell you before we collect personal information. If you tell us you do not want your information used for further contact, we will respect your wishes.
2. Personal Information We Collect
(a) Information you give us. When you request our guide, take our quiz, book a call, or buy or sell metals, we may collect:
- Identifiers: name, mailing address, email address and telephone number.
- Identity verification: date of birth and a copy of a government-issued photo ID, as federal anti-money laundering rules require (31 CFR Part 1027; see our AML Policy).
- Transaction information: products bought or sold, prices, invoices, and shipping and depository details.
- Payment information: bank name and the account details needed for a wire or ACH. AWG does not accept credit cards.
- IRA information: custodian name, account number, and transfer or rollover details.
- Communications: emails, texts, quiz answers and recorded phone calls.
(b) Call recording and service-quality monitoring. AWG records and monitors calls for quality, training, compliance and to confirm orders. We tell you that the call is recorded at the start of every call. Nevada requires the consent of all parties to record a telephone call (NRS 200.620; Lane v. Allstate Ins. Co., 114 Nev. 1176 (1998)). Staying on the line after that notice is your consent. You may ask for a copy of your order-confirmation recording at any time.
(c) Information from others. We may receive information from your IRA custodian, depository and shipping carriers, from identity-verification and sanctions-screening services, and from the scheduling and marketing platforms you use to reach us. AWG does not buy lead lists.
(d) Information from children. The Website is for adults 18 and older. AWG does not sell products to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. AWG does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Federal law (the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. 6501 et seq., and 16 CFR Part 312 as amended in 2025) and Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A, as amended by Senate Bill 63 (2025), effective January 1, 2026) prohibit doing so without verifiable parental consent. If we learn we have collected a child’s information, we will delete it. A parent or guardian may contact Corporate@awg-us.com to have a child’s information deleted.
(e) Sensitive and health data. AWG does not collect consumer health data as defined in NRS 603A.400 to 603A.550, biometric data or precise geolocation.
(f) Lost or stolen information. If your password or other account access information is lost or stolen, notify AWG promptly so we can secure your account and update our records.
(g) Links to other websites. The Website may link to other websites, including custodians and depositories. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
3. How We Use Information
(a) Limited uses. We use personal information to:
- reply to inquiries and provide the guides and information you request;
- process and deliver orders;
- coordinate with your IRA custodian and depository;
- handle complaints;
- send service notices; and
- keep records.
Without your consent, we will not use your personal information for a purpose unrelated to why you gave it to us.
(b) Legal and compliance uses. We use information to verify identity, screen against U.S. sanctions lists, prevent fraud and elder financial exploitation, and file reports the law requires, including IRS Form 8300 and Form 1099-B.
(c) Marketing. With your consent, AWG may contact you by email, phone or text about our products, services, market updates and educational content. You can opt out at any time (Section 7).
(d) Stored information. We keep your purchase history so we can deliver your purchases, service your account and answer your questions. Where you allow it, we also use it to tell you about products that may interest you.
(e) Online advertising. Advertising and analytics partners may use cookies and similar tools to measure our ads and to show AWG ads on other websites. See Section 5 for how to limit this.
4. How We Share Information
AWG does not sell your personal information. AWG shares it only as described below. Nevada law also prohibits AWG, as a registered telephone seller, from disclosing purchaser names and addresses except as that law allows (NRS 599B.200).
(a) Service providers. We use companies to perform functions for us, including:
- order fulfillment and insured shipping;
- IRA custody and depository storage;
- identity verification and sanctions screening;
- CRM and scheduling;
- telephone and text messaging;
- email and analytics;
- payment processing and accounting; and
- customer service.
They receive only the information they need. Our contracts prohibit them from using it for any other purpose and require them to keep it secure (NRS 603A.210).
(b) Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.
(c) Aggregate data. We may share aggregate information that does not identify any individual for marketing analysis.
(d) Government authorities and legal process. We may disclose information:
- in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order or other legal process;
- when required by law, by regulation, or by a government agency’s investigation;
- when we reasonably believe it is needed to comply with the law or enforce our agreements;
- to prevent fraud or elder financial exploitation (NRS 200.5093); or
- to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, AWG or others.
(e) Business transfers. If AWG is involved in a merger, sale or reorganization, personal information may transfer to the successor. It will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
(a) What we collect automatically. When you visit the Website, our systems and partners collect browser type, device, IP address, pages viewed, referring site, and the time and length of visits (“clickstream data”). We use it to run, secure and improve the Website and to understand trends.
(b) Cookies. A cookie is a small data file sent to your browser and stored on your device. AWG and its vendors use cookies to remember your preferences, measure traffic and measure ads. You can set your browser to notify you before a cookie is received or to refuse cookies. The Website will still work, but some content may not display properly.
(c) Pixels and web beacons. We may use pixels or web beacons, often with cookies, to see whether a page was visited or an email was opened.
(d) Activity across websites. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use the Website (NRS 603A.340(1)(e)). You can limit interest-based ads three ways: your browser settings, the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out tools, or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. AWG treats a GPC signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser.
(e) Analytics, session replay and advertising vendors
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We also use browser local storage and session storage. Necessary storage supports privacy preferences, security, and features you request. Optional analytics storage helps us understand website use and is off until you accept it through our cookie banner or settings. Session replay is part of optional analytics.
Cookieless visit counting
Whether or not you accept optional analytics, we count page views with PostHog Cloud US without setting cookies or using browser storage. This records only the page visited, the referring site, campaign tags in the link, and general browser and device type. PostHog creates an anonymous identifier from your IP address and browser details that changes every day, and does not keep the IP address with the event. It cannot recognize you from one day to the next and is not linked to any form you submit. This counting does not include session replay, interactions or the choices you make in our tools.
PostHog analytics and session replay
With your permission, we use PostHog Cloud US, provided by PostHog, Inc., for website analytics, page experiments, and session replay. It processes activity and technical information such as pages visited, interactions, visitor and session identifiers, device and browser information, and campaign information. Activity may include choices you make in our educational tools, including savings ranges and account types. Analytics identifiers may link website activity to the completion of a form request. PostHog processes this information in the United States.
Session replay reconstructs activity on our website, such as page content, clicks, and scrolling; it is not a recording of your camera or microphone. We configure replay to mask form input values and do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or phone numbers to PostHog. Masking inputs does not make all usage data anonymous. Learn more in PostHog’s Privacy Policy.
HubSpot
We use HubSpot to manage inquiries and requested services, deliver forms to our customer relationship system, and provide our scheduling calendar. With your permission, HubSpot’s website analytics also uses cookies to understand visits and associate activity with an inquiry. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent you from requesting a guide, contacting us, or scheduling a consultation. When you open our scheduling page or booking window, the calendar loads from HubSpot and you connect to HubSpot’s service, which has its own privacy and cookie controls. See HubSpot’s Privacy Policy.
Storage and duration
| Category and provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary: AWG privacy choice | The awg_cookie_consent cookie remembers whether you allow optional analytics, including session replay. | 180 days |
| Necessary: AWG request confirmation | The awg_lead_thanks cookie shows a confirmation after a successful request. | Up to 5 minutes; cleared when shown |
| Privacy preferences: PostHog and HubSpot | Provider opt-in or do-not-track markers record privacy choices. | PostHog preference cookies: up to 180 days. Other browser preference storage remains until it expires or is cleared. |
| Optional analytics: PostHog | Cookies and browser storage remember visitor and session identifiers, analytics properties, and page variations. | Cookies: up to 180 days. Local storage remains until cleared; session storage lasts for the browser session. |
| Optional advertising measurement: Meta Pixel | The _fbp and _fbc cookies identify the browser and the ad click that brought you here. | Up to 90 days. |
| Optional analytics: HubSpot | hubspotutk and __hstc identify visits; __hssc and __hssrc help measure sessions. | Visitor cookies: up to 6 months. Session cookies: 30 minutes or the browser session. |
| Optional analytics: AWG campaign attribution | awg_campaign_attribution in session storage remembers campaign tags between pages. | The browser session |
These durations describe storage on your device. Analytics and replay data sent to providers is retained separately under our configured retention settings and the business purposes described in Section 6(d) below.
Your cookie choices and Meta Pixel
Choose “Accept” or “Reject optional” in the banner, or use here or in our footer. You can withdraw your permission at any time. Withdrawing stops future optional tracking, clears known optional first-party analytics storage, and reloads the current page. It does not automatically delete information already sent; you can request deletion using the contact information below.
We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping optional website analytics off when your browser sends that signal. You can also manage storage through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may affect requested features. We do not currently run Reddit or X advertising pixels on this website. With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. It records page visits and actions such as viewing the guide, starting a scheduling request, clicking to call, or submitting a request, and shares them with Meta along with browser identifiers such as cookies and your IP address. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Meta. It stays off if you reject optional analytics or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
6. Information Security, Retention and Breach Notice
(a) Security. AWG uses reasonable physical, electronic and managerial safeguards to protect personal information (NRS 603A.210). Personal information sent outside our systems is encrypted (NRS 603A.215). Access is limited to staff who need it to do their jobs. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
(b) Breach notice. If a breach of your personal information occurs, we will notify you without unreasonable delay, as Nevada law (NRS 603A.220) and other applicable law require.
(c) Third-party acts. AWG uses reasonable efforts to protect your information. To the extent the law allows, AWG is not liable for unauthorized disclosure that is not AWG’s fault.
(d) Retention. We keep transaction and identity records for at least 5 years, and sanctions-screening records for 10 years, as federal law requires. We keep complaint records for 12 months after a complaint closes. Order-confirmation recordings are kept at least through the 2-year claim period in our Customer Transaction Agreement. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, then destroyed securely (NRS 603A.200).
7. Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights
- Text messages: Reply STOP to any AWG text to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming the opt-out, and no more messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help. To receive texts again, sign up again as you did the first time.
- Calls: Ask the AWG representative to put you on our internal Do Not Call list, or contact us. You may revoke consent by any reasonable means (47 CFR 64.1200(a)(10)). We honor requests within 10 business days.
- Email: Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email (15 U.S.C. 7704).
- Your information: You may ask us to stop collecting, using or sharing your personal information, or to delete it. Email Corporate@awg-us.com or write to us by certified mail. We will honor the request unless the law requires us to keep the information (for example, AML and tax records).
Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about your orders.
8. Access and Correction
(a) Your information. On request, AWG will give you a reasonable description of the personally identifiable information we keep about you. Contact Corporate@awg-us.com, 1-855-AWG-METL (1-855-294-6385), or 304 S. Jones Blvd., #7711, Las Vegas, NV 89107.
(b) Corrections. Help us keep your information accurate. If your information changes, or you find an error, email Corporate@awg-us.com with the correct information.
9. Your Nevada Privacy Rights
AWG is based in Nevada and follows Nevada’s online privacy law (NRS 603A.300 to 603A.360).
- Covered information we collect: your name, address, email address, telephone number, and any other identifier that allows you to be contacted, together with the transaction information in Section 2.
- Who we share it with: the categories of service providers and authorities in Section 4.
- Review and correction: see Section 8.
- Sale opt-out: AWG does not sell covered information, as Nevada law defines “sale” (NRS 603A.333). Nevada residents may still submit a verified request directing us not to sell it in the future (NRS 603A.345).
- Designated request address: Nevada residents may submit requests to Corporate@awg-us.com or 1-855-AWG-METL (1-855-294-6385). We respond within 60 days, and we may extend that once by up to 30 days with notice to you.
- Changes: we announce material changes as described in Section 11.
10. Privacy Rights in Other States
Residents of some states have rights under their state privacy laws. These states include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Kentucky, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas and Virginia. The rights include:
- the right to know, access, correct, delete and get a copy of your data; and
- the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale and certain profiling.
Those laws apply only to businesses that meet their thresholds. Whether or not they apply to AWG, we will honor these requests from any U.S. customer.
To make a request, email Corporate@awg-us.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity before acting. You may use an authorized agent. You may appeal our decision by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
11. Changes to This Policy
AWG may change or update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post notice of any material change on the Website 15 days before it takes effect, and update the “Last updated” date. Using the Website after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not agree, stop using the Website and tell us that you want to opt out.
12. Questions and Complaints
If you have a question about this policy, or a complaint about AWG’s compliance with it, contact us at Corporate@awg-us.com, 1-855-AWG-METL (1-855-294-6385), or 304 S. Jones Blvd., #7711, Las Vegas, NV 89107. You may also contact the Nevada Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection at ag.nv.gov.
13. Terms of Service
If you place an order or use AWG’s services, you accept the practices in this policy. Any privacy dispute is governed by this policy and by AWG’s Terms of Service at theamericanwealthgroup.com/terms-of-service, which are incorporated into this policy by reference.
